Full Scope Renovation
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
This Hollin Hills home renovation is highlighted by multiple custom orders and finishes.
Front and center from the exterior is the large garage with a custom glass Clopay door.
The complex siding scope has custom milled cedar siding that was ordered directly from the source in British Columbia. From there, we went through multiple iterations to match the stain siding and sheen to the existing siding.
The roof was a large flat roof that was replaced with TPO and custom bent metal coping.
The marble tile was custom ordered and went through multiple iterations to match the existing marble inside that was installed 20+ years ago.
Other features of the renovation include a second HVAC zone, a mudroom with a custom fabricated built-in, and a home gym with custom floors as well as floor to ceiling windows.
